Yesterday I went to see Geodiewans new and very first house of his own. It’s the most adorable house I’ve ever seen- the kind with bay windows and elaborate banisters and gardens complete with paths. It looks like it fell directly out of a storybook.
Driving home I started to think about how we’ve all suddenly, or maybe it just seems sudden, have woken up in our full on grown up lives complete with babies, weddings, mortgages and dogs. There’s a group of people in my life now that I’ve known for close to a decade, we were all so young then and have all seen the members of the group grow and reach all these little life milestones. It’s nice, and it’s especially nice to share these things with one another. I’m very happy for you geodiewan, congratulations on your beautiful new house complete with rose bushes and window boxes.
Dougy- you’re next up to bat

No thanks.
You people go on growing up, getting old and stratified. I’ll stay young and flexible.
Or not.
