I am on vacation!!!!! So far it’s been fantastic, except for the 11 phone calls I had from Friday when I left work till Sunday afternoon. The last phone call Sunday A1 was actualy standing behind me yelling things like “are you on fire?” and “is it an emergency? She is ON VACATION”. It wasn’t an emergency and I don’t know if the caller heard him but at least i’ve not gotten any calls since then.

I’ve been doing fun things like catching up on TV – current addiction is deadliest catch, if you’ve not watched it you need to – and sleeping in which is about 8 am up from my usual five am wake up call. I”ve also been catching up on wedding stuff. Only three months left and I am officially a married woman. I can’t believe how close it is now. There’s still so friggen much to do, I’m not sure how it will get done in time, but at least I have a good circle of friends to help me stay sane.

Thursday I’ll be on a beach on the east coast. It’s really the best of both worlds vacation, some time to myself to do all the things I want to get done, and some time off on a beach somewhere with a fabulous frozen drink in my hand. I love vacation.
